Jolanta Bula, LL.B, B.A. (Hons.) J.D.
Founder, Lawyer
Jolanta graduated from law school in Poland in 1986 from the Silesian University with a Master's Degree, and came to Canada in 1986. She graduated from Saskatchewan University's Law School in 1995 and opened her sole practice in 1998, shortly after completing articling with Sullivan Mahoney. When away from her desk, Jolanta loves to experiment in the kitchen, spend time with her family, and discover new hiking trails in Niagara with her Weimaraner, Khaleesi.

Rhonda Benard
Law Clerk - Real Estate/Estates
Rhonda has been a legal clerk for over 21 years. She prides herself on helping clients with all things relating to real estate and estates. With her experience, organization, and attention to detail, she is an invaluable asset to the firm.
During her free-time, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her grandkids and loves being the official manager of her St. Bernard's Instagram Account.

Emma MacDonald
Law Clerk - Family Law
Emma is a graduate of Brock University with a degree in Sociology, Concentration in Criminology, and Minor in Women's and Gender Studies.
Emma is passionate about helping clients through every step of their case and her bubbly personality creates a positive and welcoming environment for all of our clients
In her spare time, Emma runs a blog relating to feminism, human rights, and equality. She is an advocate for social justice issues and in the future, she plans on pursuing a career as a lawyer.

Alexandra Bula
Law Clerk - Family Law
Alex has been working at Jolanta Bula Law as a family law assistant for several years. In September 2022, Alex moved to Thunder Bay with her husband to attend the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law and obtain her Juris Doctor.
In her free time, Alex can be found at the gym, or playing tennis.

Kabura Mwangi
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Kabura is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor in Social Science, a Concentration in Political Science, and a Minor in Feminist Gender Studies.
Her confident personality and compassionate nature make her dependable, trustworthy, and a positive influence to be around. She channels her unique characteristics into pursuing law, hoping to help clients in their time of need.
In her free time, Kabura is passionate about sparking dialogues on the impact of racism and oppression through her article publications. She also enjoys spending time perfecting recipes, attending comedy nights, and exploring new cities.

Jacqualine Teixeria
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Originally from Montreal, Jacqualine comes from a diverse and multicultural background. She graduated from Fanshawe College with a Master’s in Business.
After graduation she chose to put her career on hold to start a family. During this time she started her own charity, “SOS”, which helps to feed and clothe the homeless who struggle with substance abuse and mental health issues.
Fun fact- at the young age of 58, Jacqualine obtained her motorcycle license and looks forward to many open road adventures.
